We want you to love your Bridevia gown.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

🕊 Standard Size Dresses

For standard-size wedding dresses, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
The item must not show any signs of alteration, stains, perfume, or damage.
You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) before sending the item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

✂️Custom Size & Made-to-Order Dresses

Because each custom-size or made-to-order dress is tailored specifically for you,

we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items except in cases of defective or damaged products.

If your dress arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will help resolve the problem.

🕐Refund Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Clearance or final-sale items
Accessories (veils, gloves, belts, etc.)
Items without original tags or packaging
